Starting as a junior, I worked with Koala Mattress as one of the first Creative Team hires. Over my time with them, I contributed to building their video advertising capabilities from the ground up. This was the start of my exposure to effective performance marketing.

Good video creative comes from combining the understanding from marketing and creative teams together (as opposite as they are).
Through constant testing and small iterations in video ads, we were able to create effective ads tailored to each stage of the marketing funnel.
