I honestly didn't think I was going to love marketing (the word sounds so boring) but working at companies like Koala and Eucalyptus have really opened my eyes to the world of effective ads that not only looks nice but performs the way you need it to.
Creative Marketing
After 3 years working as a video producer for start-up brands, I decided to pursue a Masters of Social Work whilst still consulting and working with brands on a freelance capacity. The creative freedom gained from this has allowed me to truly think outside the box with brands such as Like Family and independent campaigns like The Parenting Charade Kickstarter
Capturing intimate moments in a candid-style has been a refreshing transition from directing talent on formal productions. Being able to capture the raw emotion of people and turning that into timeless memories has been the highlights of my career so far.
I love being able to sit down and get to know who I'm working with and be a friend rather than 'just that photographer we got for X'.
